In the past, we only had one or two ways of doing evangelism but this structure has helped us to have continual evangelism and all of this takes place in the carecell. Another eye-opener was discovering a wonderful way to evangelize using the book of life as a personal evangelism tool. This is tremendous from the relationship building standpoint.
Our leaders are really developing in the carecells and our spiritual parents are excited to have a part in ministry as they take on the responsibility of being a part of the core leadership of the carecell. We are getting ready for our carecells to multiply and we thank God for what He has done.
