Trinity Christian Centre
From a group of 60 people in 1975, Trinity Christian Centre has transformed into a church of global impact. With over 5,000 in attendance, it is one of Singapore's largest churches and very instrumental in providing leadership for the transformation of the nation.
Trinity has a unique and systematic way of empowering and mobilising the laity in ministry. There is an integrated leadership track that develops a person from new convert to pastor. There are more than 1300 lay leaders who have been trained and who are actively involved in nurturing new believers, providing pastoral care, as well as discipling and mentoring potential leaders.
Led by a strong leadership team, Trinity has 140 staff, including 45 pastors. Most of these ministers are home-grown, having been raised and discipled in the local church.
Trinity is a model for many churches around the world, including the 30,000-strong New Life Assembly in Chennai, India.
